The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end autonomous and electric vehicle operations within the Changi Airfreight Centre and Changi Airport. This includes managing the Control Tower Fleet Management System, Vehicle Engineers, and Safety and Quality Officers to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of daily operations.

The QHSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the organisation’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) framework across all operations.

This role ensures compliance with applicable ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, while driving operational excellence, safety performance, and environmental sustainability particularly in the deployment of autonomous and electric vehicles within cargo logistics operations.

The QHSE Manager will act as the lead internal auditor, overseeing ISO certifications and ensuring that systems, processes, and staff adhere to established standards.
